1. Overview

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of any template, component library, or digital product ("Product") purchased from or downloaded through wizetemplates.com, operated by Wize Design EOOD ("Wize", "we", "us", or "our").

By purchasing or downloading any Product, you agree to the terms of this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our Products.

2. Product Types & License Scope

2.1 Standard License

Purchasing a standard license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product on one published website for personal or commercial purposes.

You may:

• Use the Product on one published website

• Customize the design, copy, images, and layout for your own brand

• Use the Product to build one website for a client

• Present the finished customized website in your portfolio as your own work

• Claim creative ownership of the finished website — not the underlying template

You may not:

• Use the Product on more than one published website

• Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the Product files to any third party

• Sub-license or assign your license to another person or entity

• Present the original template design as something you created from scratch

• Use the Product as the basis for a competing template or UI kit product

2.2 Multi-Site License

Purchasing a multi-site license for a specific Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use that Product on an unlimited number of published websites.

You may:

• Use the Product across unlimited published websites

• Customize the design, copy, images, and layout for any brand or client

• Use the Product across unlimited client projects

• Present finished customized websites in your portfolio as your own work

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the Product files to any third party

• Sub-license or assign your license to another person or entity

• Present the original template design as something you created from scratch

• Use the Product as the basis for a competing template or UI kit product

2.3 All-Access License

Purchasing the All-Access plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use every Product in the Wize library — including all future releases — across an unlimited number of websites and client projects.

You may:

• Use any Product in the Wize library across unlimited published websites

• Customize any Product for personal, commercial, or client use

• Use any Product across unlimited client projects

• Present finished customized websites in your portfolio as your own work

• Access all future template releases automatically at no additional cost

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer any Product files to any third party

• Sub-license or assign your license to another person or entity

• Present any original template design as something you created from scratch

• Use any Product as the basis for a competing template or UI kit product

2.4 Remix UI License

Purchasing Remix UI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the component and section library across an unlimited number of personal, commercial, and client projects.

You may:

• Use Remix UI components across unlimited projects and clients

• Customize components for any brand or use case

• Use Remix UI as a base for building SaaS products, web applications, or client sites

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage Remix UI as a standalone product

• Present Remix UI as your own original component library

2.5 Free Templates & Demos

Free templates and hero section demos are available without purchase and may be used freely across personal and commercial projects.

You may:

• Use free templates and demos for personal or commercial projects

• Customize free templates and demos for any brand or use case

• Present finished customized websites built from free templates in your portfolio

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage free templates or demos as standalone products

• Present the original template or demo design as something you created from scratch

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Wize Ownership

All Products — including their design, code, structure, components, and associated assets — remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wize Design EOOD. This Agreement grants you a license to use the Products as described herein. It does not transfer ownership of any underlying design, code, or assets to you.

3.2 Buyer Ownership

Any content you add to a Product — including your copy, images, branding, custom code, and other modifications — remains your own intellectual property. The finished customized website you build using a Wize Product is your creative work and you may present it as such, provided you do not claim to have designed or created the original underlying template.

3.3 Client Ownership

Where you use a Product to build a website for a client, the finished customized website may be transferred to and owned by your client. The underlying Product files and template design remain the intellectual property of Wize Design EOOD and may not be transferred to the client beyond what is necessary to operate the finished website.

3.4 Portfolio Use

You may display finished websites built using Wize Products in your personal or agency portfolio and claim creative ownership of the finished work. You may not represent the original Wize template design as your own original creation.

4. Prohibited Uses

Regardless of license type, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing Product files in any form with any third party

• Using any Product as the basis for a competing template, theme, or UI kit product intended for resale or redistribution

• Sub-licensing, renting, leasing, or transferring your license to another person or entity

• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright notices or proprietary markings within Product files

• Using any Product in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Attribution

Attribution to Wize is not required. However, if you choose to credit Wize — for example with a footer link to wizetemplates.com — it is appreciated and supports the continued development of our Products.

6. Updates & Support

Where stated at the point of purchase, Products include lifetime updates. Updates are provided at our discretion and may include bug fixes, compatibility improvements, and new features. We are not obligated to provide updates that fundamentally alter the design or scope of a Product.

Support is provided via teo@wize.design. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with technical issues related to our Products but are not responsible for issues arising from third-party platform changes, custom code modifications, or user error.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Products are built for use on the Framer platform. We are an official Framer partner but operate as an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for Framer as a platform.

We are not liable for any changes Framer makes to its platform, pricing, features, or availability that may affect how our Products function. We will make reasonable efforts to update Products affected by platform changes but cannot guarantee compatibility in all future circumstances.

8. License Violations

If you are found to be in breach of this Agreement, the following applies:

• Your license will be immediately and permanently revoked without refund

• We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover damages and enforce our intellectual property rights

• We reserve the right to report violations to relevant platforms, marketplaces, and authorities

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our Products will meet every specific requirement of your project or that they will be entirely free of errors.

We make no guarantees regarding commercial performance, conversion rates, or business outcomes achieved through the use of our Products.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wize Design EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Products — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bulgarian or EU law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

Existing licenses are governed by the terms in place at the time of purchase.
